Yes, every President's Club inductee can invite one guest.  Your guest should be a spouse, significant other, sibling or best friend.  It should be someone that is an important part of your life.  
[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All winners will be notified by end February and all RSVP's must be received by March 15th.  Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the May trip.

 

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

We ask that you please do not book any flights on your own as Executive Group Travel will be handling all flight bookings for you and your guest. 

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided?

Yes, when you land at the Maui airport you will have group transfers arranged for those arriving on May 22nd.  Departures will be provided back to the airport on May 25th.  You will receive your departure time in your individual itinerary.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the Wailea Beach Resort at the group discounted rate or $499 plus taxes/fees.

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled nights will be a personal expense.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What should I pack?

This is a casual trip, shorts/bathing suits and sandals will be worn for most of the event but in the evening feel free to pack Caribbean chic.  Think linen, golf shirts, loafers, sundresses, and sandals.  

The weather ranges between 80-87'F.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What can I expense from this trip?

We are providing each attendee with resort credit to help defray the costs of meals not included.  We ask that you only expense round-trip transfers from your home to the airport and also your flights. 

[fa icon="plus-square"] What happens if I don't spend my resort credit?
At the end of your trip, if there is a balance from the resort credit issued to you and your guest, please note that there isn't a cash payout option, the remaining balance will just go back to the company to invest towards future trips!
[fa icon="plus-square"] What are the Covid-19 policies in Hawaii?

The State of Hawaii welcomes all vaccinated international travelers and is aligned with the CDC federal international requirements. Non-U.S. citizen traveling directly to Hawaii must present BOTH a vaccination record AND a negative COVID-19 test result (NAAT or antigen) within one day of boarding a flight to the U.S. The airlines will screen passengers prior to their departure to the United States.

There will be two options.

1.  All updates and changes will be communicated to you through your Travefy individual itinerary.  

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
